- Lead and inquiry information, such as information submitted through Facebook lead forms, website forms, Go High Level forms, landing pages, booking pages, surveys, chat tools, email, phone, text message, or other lead sources.
- SMS/text messaging information, such as your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, consent records, message content, date and time of opt-in, date and time of opt-out, delivery status, and related messaging logs.

- Follow-up messages about your inquiry or request for information.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
- Free financial analysis, Free Financial Health Check, QuickBooks analysis, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, CFO advisory, or service-related follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from Bizwai. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may also reply HELP for assistance. We may send one final confirmation message after you opt out.
SMS NO-SHARING NOTICE: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the page shows when the Policy was last revised. Changes are effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
