These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, forms, communications, SMS/text message programs, and online services operated by Bizwai BPO LLC (“Bizwai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, communicating with us, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you become a client of Bizwai, your services will also be governed by a separate engagement letter, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Security is a shared responsibility. Clients should use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication on accounting and banking systems, avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels, promptly remove access for former employees, and notify Bizwai BPO if they suspect unauthorized account access or data compromise.

Sensitive Information and Access

If your browser or extension sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as an opt-outBizwai BPO may need access to accounting software, banking feeds, payroll platforms, expense systems, document storage, or other business systems to perform services. We request only the access reasonably needed for the services and encourage clients to use accountant, bookkeeper, advisor, or view-only access where available rather than sharing owner credentials. preference for that browser or device where required by applicable law and where supported by our cookie management tools. Because the signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser and device you use.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use reputable third-party tools and service providers to support accounting, document management, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, analytics, cloud storage, tax workflows, or other business operations. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. We work to select providers appropriate for the services being performed.

We retain client and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record, the services provided, client instructions, and legal requirements.

If we become aware of a security incident involving client information, we will take steps appropriate to the nature of the incident, which may include investigation, containment, remediation, communication with affected clients, and compliance with applicable notification obligations.

No Absolute Guarantee

No website, cloud service, email system, or data transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Bizwai BPO cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur, but we take data protection seriously and use reasonable safeguards designed to reduce risk.
