These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, forms, communications, SMS/text message programs, and online services operated by Bizwai BPO LLC (“Bizwai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, communicating with us, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you become a client of Bizwai, your services will also be governed by a separate engagement letter, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.
1. About Bizwai BPO
Bizwai BPO LLC provides business support services that may include bookkeeping, accounting support, financial reporting, QuickBooks analysis, accounting cleanup support, payroll support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fractional CFO/advisory support, tax planning support, and related financial management services. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, and timelines are defined in separate written proposals or client agreements.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Our website and services are intended for business users and individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the website or submitting information to Bizwai, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to provide information on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Website Information Is Not Professional Advice
Information on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Bizwai does not provide professional services to you unless and until Bizwai accepts the engagement in writing. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific business, tax, accounting, legal, or financial situation.
4. Client Engagements and Service Terms
Any proposal, quote, free analysis, consultation, audit, QuickBooks review, financial health check, cleanup roadmap, or recommendation is preliminary unless Bizwai and the client enter into a written engagement or service agreement. Bizwai may decline or discontinue services if required information is not provided, if access is restricted, if payment terms are not met, if compliance risks exist, or if continuing the relationship would be inappropriate or unlawful.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account access.
- Provide documents, system access, approvals, and responses needed for Bizwai to perform requested services.
- Review all reports, filings, recommendations, and deliverables and promptly notify Bizwai of any questions or concerns.
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, scrape content without permission, or misuse Bizwai systems.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Bizwai BPO SMS Messaging Program
Program description and messaging use cases: If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages, Bizwai may send text messages related to your inquiry, consultation request, Free Financial Health Check, free financial analysis, QuickBooks analysis, bookkeeping or accounting cleanup review, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service proposals, onboarding, document requests, project updates, account support, billing reminders, and ongoing service communications. If you separately opt in to marketing or promotional messages, Bizwai may also send educational content, offers, promotions, service announcements, and follow-up messages related to Bizwai services.
Consent: By opting in, you authorize Bizwai BPO LLC to send SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Bizwai, your service status, and your communication preferences.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS/MMS messages depending on your plan.
Opt-out instructions: You can opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We may also treat CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT as opt-out requests. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network operator and is not guaranteed.
No SMS opt-in sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Privacy: Our collection and use of information related to SMS/MMS messages is described in our Privacy Policy, available at privacy-policy.com
Changes to messaging terms: We may modify or terminate our SMS program at any time. Updated SMS terms will be posted on this Terms of Service page or otherwise communicated as required by law.
7. Email and Other Communications
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Bizwai to contact you by email, phone, online forms, scheduling tools, chat, mail, or other channels as permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional, service-related, legal, or account communications may still be sent where permitted or required.
8. Fees, Payment, and Proposals
Fees, billing frequency, payment terms, included services, optional add-ons, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, engagement letter, or service agreement. Website descriptions and price examples may change at any time and do not guarantee availability of a specific package or fee unless confirmed in writing by Bizwai.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Bizwai works to provide accurate, useful, and timely financial support based on information available to us. However, Bizwai does not guarantee any specific financial result, tax savings, profit increase, cash flow improvement, financing outcome, business growth, audit result, or regulatory outcome. Results depend on many factors outside Bizwai’s control, including the accuracy and completeness of client information, management decisions, market conditions, tax law, business operations, and third-party systems.
10. Intellectual Property
The website, text, designs, graphics, logos, service descriptions, templates, reports, workflows, processes, videos, downloads, and other materials made available by Bizwai are owned by Bizwai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Bizwai materials without written permission, except for your internal business use of materials provided to you as part of an authorized Bizwai engagement.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Bizwai may use or link to third-party platforms, including accounting software, QuickBooks, payroll systems, client portals, cloud storage, CRM tools, SMS providers, scheduling tools, advertising platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, and data connectors. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Bizwai is not responsible for third-party platform availability, security, outages, errors, fees, or changes.
12. Confidentiality and Client Information
Bizwai understands that business and financial information can be sensitive. If you become a client, confidentiality obligations will be governed by the applicable client agreement, professional standards, and applicable law. You should not submit highly sensitive information through general website forms unless requested by Bizwai or submitted through an approved secure channel.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Bizwai disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation. Bizwai does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizwai and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the website, communications, or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizwai’s total liability for claims related to the website will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid Bizwai for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizwai and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, unauthorized use of third-party information, or information you provide to Bizwai.
16. Termination or Suspension
Bizwai may suspend or terminate access to the website, online services, communications, or any SMS program at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, violated law, misused the website, created risk, or engaged in conduct that may harm Bizwai, users, clients, service providers, or third parties.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Confirm final venue with Bizwai counsel before publishing.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the page shows when the Terms were last revised. Changes are effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
